I have to say I am super impressed with my stitch fix this month. I got 4 pieces of seasonally appropriate clothes that I really liked. I didn't like the jewelry piece, so much so that I forgot to photograph it, but its in the video below.
Stitch Fix is a personal shopping subscription that provides a series of pieces (4 clothing and 1 accessory) based on a series of personal preferences and your measurements. This is a pay as you keep box, meaning you can return for refund what you don't want, but there is a large discount if you keep all the pieces. Which in my fun research uncovered a plethora of fun Stitch Fix trading groups on FB and Google+.
The first piece, pictured above on was the Hasset V-Neck Top ($44). It is a great light weight material and I loved it on. The stylist paired the top in photos with both jeans and black pants (which I already mimicked for work) with colorful heels. Naturally, I kept the piece.
Next was this Rose Ruched Bodice Dress from Loveappella ($68). It was an interesting dress. I liked the draping, however, I just felt it didn't look right on me. I was entertained that the card had it paired with a 1980s Blue Jean Jacket.
Next was this Pixley Montgomery Chevron Cross Front Top ($48). Stitchfix did a great job picking out a very "me" look, I just felt it was sorta blah on. I didn't think it was all that flattering on me. However, the styling was spot on my style.
The last item was by FAR my favorite. It was the Arlo Dress from Papermoon ($48). The dress fit great and I got a ton of compliments on it. The Stitchfix stylist suggested black heels and gold necklace, but I rocked it out with pearls today (or and flip flops) for a more casual look.
I also got a Genevieve Stacked Chevron Pendant Necklace ($28). Sadly, I forgot to photograph it but you can see it and more shots of the clothes in the below unboxing video.
Out of 10 on quality I give this month's Stitchfix a 8, on cost 8, on appropriate for me 7 and fun a 7.If interested please use this following link: Stitchfix.com
